Add a sample preview mode.

Add a sample preview mode so that you can adjust a setting, then hear what it will do to a 15 or 30 second clip of the audio, rather than needing to process the whole file and compare afterwards.

How about an option to preserve the audio file details such as artist, author, ratings, and others... When converting. Thanks !

Create a stereo soundfield from two separate mono (audience) recordings, taking account of any available information about recording location.

have it convert automatically when installed on a PC or smart phone and list the files in order so it can index and archive the audio files to save room

The program is lacking a preview/prelisten function. And there should be a DX or VST plugin!

An afterthought... in addition to a mixer, having noise reduction would be superb, and a great way to update old recordings, especially compact cassette recordings. It would be nice to be able to restore cassette tapes made by the kids many years ag

I woul like to suggest adding wave forms of both the mono and new stereo tracks, so as to see the actual enhancement.

Add an equalizer or VST option so that the audio can be tweaked at the same time. Then with previews, we can achieve some very nice output indeed. With just those two features you will cover almost every situation that most users will come across.

Add tools and/or techniques for identifying mono files. Add some musical history. Add some audio samples. Explain what the conversion to stereo does in simple language. Explain the panning option.

Create a Mac version or audio plugin version for use within other programs.

I use a Mac for my music, but a PC for other functions. Adding the stated capabilities would make the converter much more versatile and would help to reach a larger audience.

Add an area to the program that scans your either your entire computer or predefined locations for mono tracks and let the user select from that list what they want to be converted.

Allow selection of output quality (appears to be using LAME v3.98r with 160 kbps VBR Joint Stereo for mp3 conversion, but some of my Mono mp3s are only 64 kbps CBR, so converted files are unnecessarily large)

Add an auto scanner.

Add a function or area of the program that scans either your entire computer or user designated locations for mono files. Then let the user select files from the list and have the program convert the ones that the user selects.

Find a way to NOT: 1) delete the header info of the output MP3 file, and 2) double the size of the output file.
